Refunds

You have the right to return the products you have bought within 14 days from the day of receiving them. In this case, the consumer shall only be charged for the cost of returning the goods. To avoid disruptions, please check the products and their packaging upon delivery in order to ensure that they are free from any apparent defects (e.g. broken product, wrong product etc.).

Returns will be accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which they were received, without them being open, including their original packaging, along with the receipt or invoice. The refund will be made within 30 days from reception of your return.

Returns will be accepted only if the company is responsible for you receiving wrong or damaged products - if a mistake was made when the order was received, during pricing or delivery, if the product was damaged during delivery or in case of defective packaging.

Despite the fact that we make every effort to always have excellent results, colors may slightly vary from the photos. It should be noted that photos are indicative and may slightly vary from the actual product. We need to be informed in case you wish to return a product. Note that stock products CANNOT be returned.
